On July 13, SigmaTech was presented the prestigious 
"Best of the West" award at SEMICON West 2011,
for its innovative new UltraMap-TSV metrology system.

The award was presented jointly by Solid State Technology
and SEMI and is in recognition of "important product and
technology development in the microelectronics supply chain."
The award criteria are financial impact on the industry,
engineering or scientific achievement, and/or societal impact.
