Our new service contracts are a promise of performance and uptime.
The packages include a fast response to problems, immediate on-site
service, and preventative maintenance to help your fab and test
processes meet stringent specs.
Our plans include preventative maintenance service on a quarterly
or semiannual basis, and can also be customized to meet your specific
requirements.
Our PM Service Agreements give you years of worry-free operation
and improved uptime.
Our Quarterly PM Service Agreement includes:
- Visits to the site every 3 months.
- Continuous satisfaction measurement with Process Engineer
Staff
- Throughput spot check
- Moving parts lubrication
- Stage balancing
- Continuous Innovation of the metrology devices
- Software upgrades
All included for only an additional 5% of the purchase price.
Our Semiannual PM Service Agreement includes:
- Visits to the site every 6 months.
- Continuous satisfaction measurement with Process Engineer
Staff
- Recalibration when necessary
- Throughput spot check
- Moving parts lubrication
- Stage balancing
All for only an additional 3% of the purchase price.
